We know that for many people the first contact with a brand and/or a website they don't know can be challenging, and for that reason we have brought together some important aspects that we believe will make this first experience with us easier.
how to buy
In fact, it's a very simple process, just follow the steps:
1. Select a category (e.g.: News, Promotions, Leggings...)
2. on the category page you have the various articles that belong to it . When you click on an item, the detail page will appear where you will find all the information and details of that product, such as: price, description, available sizes, composition and other photos to better understand how each item fits.
3. to buy this product , select the size and quantity you want, and click: “Add to Shopping Cart”. A message will appear on the right side of your screen with a summary of what has already been added to the cart (equivalent to a supermarket shopping cart).
You can choose to click on "View Cart" if you only want to purchase the items that are in the cart. or click on "See more Products" to add more products to the order.
4. When you have all the products you want and click on "View Cart", the order completion process begins. This is where you can apply any discount coupon you have or add notes to your order.
To continue, you must accept the website's Terms and Conditions. To do this, you must click on the "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions" box.
Then you can click on "Complete Order" to continue with the purchase process.
5. identify yourself via email and choose the delivery method. It can be at an address of your choice, or you can collect it from our pick-up store. After completing the details, click "Continue to Submit".
6. and choose the payment method (ATM, MBWay or Credit Card).
7. Confirm purchase. Once it is completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. and you will also be notified when you make the payment.

Oito.Um will always do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We ship throughout the European Union, and shipping is free in Portugal for orders over €50.
exchanges and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase. The entire process is simple and quick.
