At Oito.Um we believe in the quality of our product and we want you to be completely satisfied with your pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days after purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Exchanges and Returns

everything you need to know

when the customer intends to exchange one or several items for different ones; or when the customer intends to change the size of one or more items received.

when the customer wishes to return one or more items from her initial order

- you must arrange shipping directly, choosing the service that suits you best. This autonomy does not invalidate the need to fill out the Form.
- any Exchange process (when the customer intends to exchange her current item for another) is comparable to that of a new purchase, so there will be a shipping cost for the new item if the order is not worth more than the minimum shipping cost.
- no return costs incurred by the customer will be assumed or reimbursed without prior authorization from the brand.
- Oito.Um will not accept any return that has not been previously expressed by filling out the Form and accepted by the brand.

- the customer must always arrange the return shipping directly to Oito.Um
- this autonomy does not invalidate the need to fill out the Form to start the process and receive detailed information about the procedure

- the customer who makes a Return can choose to receive the amount in a voucher for future use on the website (Gift Card) or can receive this amount through a refund
- the voucher will be issued on the day of receipt of the returned pieces, and the refund will be made within 48 hours, as long as the brand already has the necessary data in its possession to do so. However, we maintain a maximum period of 7 days to make the refund in case of any inconsistency or computer problems.
- the refund method depends on the payment method used to make the purchase. Orders paid by credit card will be credited to the respective card account. In other cases, reimbursement is made by bank transfer.

- the customer who makes an Exchange you will receive the value in a voucher for future use on the website (Gift Card)
- the voucher will be issued on the day of receipt of the returned pieces
- The exchange process is similar to that of a new purchase, so there will be a shipping cost if the order is not worth more than the minimum shipping price, according to the current table.

- the request must be made by filling out the form within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the order.
- the item must be sent in well-sealed packaging
- must not show signs of use.
- any piece with deodorant marks will be REJECTED. If you tried on the item and it was marked, you should wash it cold and without detergent before returning it.
- any item with a perspiration odor or washing odor will be REJECTED
- any non-compliance with the previous conditions may result in the rejection of the exchange/return request
- a rejected piece will be returned to the sender after the return shipping costs have been collected.
- Oito.Um will not reserve parts at any point in the process.

There may be products that, for an explicit reason in their description, do not fall within our Exchange or Return Policy. Before purchasing, you must read the description to have all the necessary information about each product.
